The position of butler provides a very personal, detailed, seamless service toguests. A butler will take care of guests needs in a highly professionalmanner.

The butler will take gentle care of all their guests from arrival untildeparture without imposing themselves on the guest. The butler will be seen bythe guests in response to all the guest's needs and requests.

The attention to detail required and the ability to anticipate the needs ofguests needs demand that the butler is a consummate hotel professional withimpeccable standards. Butlers will not accept anything less that the best available presentation of thesuites/rooms and public areas of the floors.

Must possess a strong charismatic personality

Strong understanding of food, wine, champagne and associated service standard

Posses an understanding of high end customers and international etiquette

Previous fine dining experience

Flexibility and willingness to do whatever is necessary to provide the desiredlevel of service

Must be fluent inMandarin/Cantonese, Japanese, Arabic or Spanish
