A role you will love
Process daily HELOC advances and reporting. Responsible for performing complex certification of prior day balances and transactions of company bank accounts. Responsible for processing internal/external bank transactions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting time deadlines. Perform daily balance verification and analysis of operating cash. Preparation of bank documentation and the administration of treasury bank systems and accounts. Provide daily and monthly reports as required. Be a resource for department questions. Perform ad hoc projects as directed by management.
Some of the other key accountabilities:


  • Perform daily verification and analysis of operating cash. Track and report on changes in balances. Maintain average balance spreadsheet and monthly reporting. Responsible for performing complex certification of prior day balances and transactions of company bank accounts. Monitor balances for overdrafts and insure all accounts are funded. Responsible for processing internal/external bank transactions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting time deadlines.
  • Manage the Service Point site for Treasury. Prepare bank documentation for opening and closing bank accounts. Assist in performing security administrative functions on bank application and SLS wire system.
  • Process HELOC advances including daily decision process, reconciliation, reverse positive pay, and transaction review.
  • Assist with the daily Advance Facility collection process and monthly borrowings.
  • Provide back up to Treasury Specialist. Perform ad hoc projects as directed by management. Work on Audit and Regulatory requests. Work with multiple mainframe systems, company applications and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent Excel spreadsheets are needed for very large and complex spreadsheets.

What will you bring to the role?

  • The ideal Senior Treasury Analyst will need to prioritize the daily workflow and responsive to deadlines. New issues surface daily and you will need to solve these quickly in order to be efficient.
  • Strong attention to detail necessary as errors cause significant financial impact.
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills necessary to interact with both internal and external clients frequently.


  • Some other key skills that you'll have:
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Formal training and/or knowledge of PC applications (word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail) required.
  • 4 years' experience in finance, treasury or banking and bank reconciliation experience and/or general office experience
  • General application or system knowledge a plus
Preferred:

  • Mortgage servicing would be an asset

Compensation. Compensation: $75,000-$95,000 per year (Please note that this compensation is for Denver, CO based candidates) Additional Pay: Eligible for discretionary bonus
