Job Description:

The purpose of the LMS Administrator position is to lead the implementation, management, and technical support of Syfadis, or other identified system, as the company's Learning Management System. This role will also manage technical and functional integrations of related software with appropriate vendor and other technical staff.

Making an Impact
• Supports and expands the use of the global LMS across the organization by providing technical support and functional support to the company's user base.
• Works with vendors and other technical partners to ensure the global LMS meets company's needs, integrates with other systems, and address organizational priorities.
• Proactively initiates and manages understanding business operations and goals
• Proactively initiates and manages gathering business and technical requirements and acceptance criteria

Sharing Expertise
• Creates solid documentation to ensure requirements are captured and all stakeholders approve
• Creates solid project plans with deliverables, timelines, and metrics
• Conducts trainings with internal business users to ensure full understanding and proper usage of tools

Gaining Exposure
• Partners with all regional People & Culture partners to ensure processes will capture necessary data points and scale to meet business needs

Your Typical Day
• Works directly in the global LMS to create and manage administrative best practices related to user creation and permissions
• Works directly in the global LMS to build accounts, sub-accounts, branding, and administrative settings for the platform
• Ensures functionality of the global LMS meets expectations and commitments
• Works with technical stakeholders to ensure both upstream and downstream system integrations and data flow function as expected.

Qualifications:

Required
• Demonstrated working knowledge of a global LMS and support of end-users using a global LMS.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex LMS problems.
• Demonstrated experience building courses using a global LMS.
• Ability to manage a heavy workload, concurrently work on multiple issues, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrates excellent people skills for working with both technical staff and end users.

Nice to Have
• Bachelor's degree in computer information systems/information technology, instruction technology, or a related field, OR an equivalent combination of applicable experience, training and/or education.
• Significant experience providing Tier I and Tier II user support for a global LMS and managing LMS integrations and implementation activities.
• Demonstrated expert working knowledge and support in Instructional Technology.
