As Home Delivery Lead, you will coach and mentor a team to deliver operational excellence across all warehouse and home delivery functions. The Lead will join a team that plays an integral role in the continuous elevation of our customer experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coach associates to achieve productivity standards and policy adherence
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
• Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse and home delivery center
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
• Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion
• Allocate labor as needed throughout the departments
• Participate in establishing department and associate-specific goals, including: productivity, quality, personal growth and professional development
• Assume responsibility of departmental goals and participate in achieving these goals on a daily basis

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment
• RF/scanning experience preferred
• Ability to lead and unify efforts across large teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience training and coaching associates
• Comfortable with and ability to use, learn and train new technology
• Ability to facilitate change within the organization in a positive manner

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must pass background review and drug screen
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 100 lbs
