Position Responsibilities:


Responsible for Document Control processes for applicable Carestream system(s).

Document Control System Coordinator


  • Content expert for Carestream Document Control system(s) including administration

  • Review documents for correct content and accuracy

  • Creates and/or updates documents per change request process

  • Carestream Document Control System Management

  • Release of procedures, forms, etc. and process documentation

  • Approval, Escalation for document change requests

  • Training Coordination per applicable Carestream system

  • Reports & Status updates as requested

  • Working with Engineering on Engineering Change Order (ECO) releases

  • Manage access to document control database

Audits


  • Weekly audits with applicable Carestream Systems for training database Training

  • Monitor personnel training more than three days overdue

  • Weekly audits of applicable Carestream Systems for overdue approvals

  • Daily automatic generated annual documentation reviews of applicable Carestream Systems

Education/Experience

* HS Diploma, AS degree desirable or equivalent experience.



Desired Skills:



  • AS degree desirable

  • Working knowledge of Master Control (Documents and training system modules)

  • Work experience in Medical device or pharmaceuticals industry

  • Some experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPS)


Work Environment:


Office and manufacturing floor
