Responsibilities

This position is primarily responsible for administration and controls of TEOCO and processes surrounding cost management (including Salesforce.com and financial reporting) and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Administrator of TEOCO; including user management, permissions, workflow, product group/GL coding global updates, daily monitoring of feed files.


• Project manager for all TEOCO related projects; including changes to the feeds to/from the system (including Salesfore.com and ORACLE), and separation of companies.


• Change management for existing processes of our ever-changing business need.


• Liaison between individuals/groups to interpret user issues to developers for resolution.


• Manages integration activities involving TEOCO and cost related Salesforce.com records.


• Efficiency identification, development, testing, and implementation for Netex reports and processes.


• Cost saving initiatives related to financial process reporting.


• Updating and managing data to streamline communication between Salesforce.com and ORACLE.


• EOM Accrual, Costs Audit and dispute management


• Ad hoc issues/requests

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.


• Knowledge of Accounting software; Inventory software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Salesforce, ORACLE and TEOCO experience preferred.


• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
