RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

The Americas Financing Group within the Investment Banking Division is looking for a junior associate to join the Structured Finance - Corporate team in New York.

The Structured Finance Group is a diverse and global business that brings together broad capabilities across financing, underwriting, capital raising, risk management and advisory to provide holistic solutions to our clients. The group works closely with classic investment banking and other product groups to originate and execute structured finance transactions. The Corporate team in Structured Finance is a market-leading franchise focused on creative and first of their kind transactions in industries including clean energy, alternative asset manager, real consumer retail, healthcare, technology, media, telecom, and more.

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

* At least 2 years of relevant investment banking experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Drive, enthusiasm, creativity and excellent interpersonal skills

* Strong quantitative and technical abilities

* Personal integrity, initiative and leadership qualities

* Strong oral and written communications skills

* Ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy

* Candidates for this role should have a quantitative background with some experience in statistical analysis

* Structured finance or related markets experience preferred
