EisnerAmper, a premier accounting and business advisory services firm, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Supporting the San Francisco office, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal, event execution, research, writing and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
The position will be responsible for executing marketing and communications activities which support the strategic goals of the firm, help drive growth and enhance our brand image. On a daily basis, the coordinator's role will involve (but is not limited to):
Assisting with presentation and communication projects
Updating marketing collateral, brochures and presentations
Monitoring new business opportunities and sales pipeline
Maintaining contact lists and other marketing databases
Assisting with proposals and pitchbook development
Coordination and implementation of events and sponsorships
Assisting with creation of social media campaigns and postings that will enhance the brand across various social media platforms
As needed, provide support for
Marketing department administrative activities
Marketing team initiatives and projects
Niche practice group campaigns and strategic marketing efforts
Basic qualifications for the opportunity
2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an accounting, financial services or a professional services firm
Bachelor's or Associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Extensive experience with MS Office, particularly excel, as well as other marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, etc.)
Ideally, you'll also have
Good understanding of marketing principles
Well organized with a customer oriented approach
Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
