OEM Customer Engagement Manager

Location: Lansdale, PA

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent operational customer Service Experience

  • Developed situational awareness; adept at managing complex organizations and situations

  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed (less than 10% of the time)

  • Valid USA Driver's License for travel Purposes

Responsibilities:


  • Implement company strategy and set the right KPIs to ensure results.

  • Drive cultural transformation in an environment where employees will succeed through encouragement, openness, and empowerment.

  • Engage your team to deliver a flawless and consistent customer experience with every interaction.

  • Lead team to identify opportunities for improvements to meet our SLAs.

  • Develop proactive sales knowledge within your Customer Solutions Team.

  • Lead your team to identify strategic customer challenges, opportunities, and team up with sales and other departments to implement solutions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build a thriving organization

  • Foster the overall success of the company and the customers we serve.

  • Work with sales, logistics, planning, and other departments to build on the ecosystem and deliver results.

  • Develop, map, and improve processes to achieve a continuous improvement state.

  • Provide guidelines and create new ways of working.

  • Set team goals and individual development plans for your team.

  • Manage performance plans.

  • Responsible for overall order book management for the OEM business
