Ever wondered what working for a tech company is like? Infotech is seeking Customer Success Interns for the Spring and Summer 2022 semesters. Join us for a unique 12-14 week, paid internship with Infotech, Gainesville's premier tech employer. What You'll Be Working On


This internship will give you direct insight into working in tech. To start, you will be paired with a mentor who will bring you up to speed on our products, our process and our customer service philosophy. Throughout your time with us, you will be exposed to the life cycle of our products by understanding how it moves from discovery to design and from engineering to success. You will have opportunities to hone our customer training programs, incorporate data analytics into our day-to-day workflows, create unique solutions to customer needs, and much more!


We strive to give you a learning experience based on your skills, background and interests. We are specifically looking for students to support our customers in the following ways:


Bidding products - On the team, you will utilize your clear communication skills and the knowledge we give you, to provide solution-focused support to our customers who use our bidding products. We believe that by empowering you on how to solve an issue, you will provide the best outcomes for our customers.


Construction products - On this team, you will utilize your creative problem-solving skills and any construction management knowledge to support the full customer experience lifecycle. Many times, our customers' requests require some testing and solutioning. This feedback can result in an enhancement to our construction products and you will be instrumental in that process.


The Customer Success team is a close-knit group that is always ready to welcome new members. You will become part of a family that encourages and challenges each other on a daily basis. We are known company-wide for our hard work, great reputation with our customers, and the creative ways we get to know each other.


This internship is a fantastic entry point into Infotech. Past interns from this department have moved into full-time roles across the company, taking positions in business analysis, software development, project management, and sales and marketing!


Qualifications




  • You must be a current student pursuing a master's, bachelor's (junior or senior status preferred) or associate's degree.

  • Our past interns have come from a variety of majors and backgrounds such as customer service, retail, software development, construction, communications, marketing, and business.

  • Our strongest candidates have previous experience in a customer service related role + a demonstrated interest in the technology and/or construction industries.


Technical Skills



  • Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn customer relationship management systems and computer telephony integration technology (Salesforce, Cisco Finesse Agent, etc.)

  • Basic computer hardware and software knowledge (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, word processing software, internet browsers, firewalls, anti-virus software, etc.).


Other Requirements



  • Must be able to work a minimum of 20-30 hours per week.

  • The position requires schedule flexibility for shifts outside of traditional business hours.

Infotech is located in Gainesville, Florida. Come work in our state of the art facility in Celebration Pointe where you can enjoy visits from award-winning food trucks and stunning nature views over Split Rock Conservation Area.

Different work arrangements allow employees to work from home, from other consistent, private, and reasonably secure locations in the United States, as well as from Infotech's corporate office.


While we prefer to hire candidates who will be in Gainesville during their internship, we are open to fully remote candidates. Employees must be located in the U.S., no exceptions.
