Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Including but not limited to:
- Ensures compliance with local and federal agencies
- Timely and accurate submission of all certified payroll and EEO reports for Lane and its subcontractors including analyzing certified payrolls for wage and hour discrepancies
- Works closely with Project Teams to identify and manage all requirements of the reporting of certified payrolls
- Carry out job duties while maintaining Lane values
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2 years administrative experience
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Ambitious and enthusiastic personality
- Able to work autonomously as well as with a team
- Knowledge of the Davis Bacon Act and certified payroll experience a plus
- Experience with EEO requirements is a plus
- Experience with LCP Tracker is a plus
