Job Description:

As a G&A Recruiter you are vital to the overall success of the organization. This individual will have an incredible grasp on how to manage a full life cycle recruiting process with a technology company. In this, you'll need to build a strategic partnership with the business unit hiring managers to ensure a talented pipeline of candidates.

You Will

• Collaborate with teams to deeply understand hiring needs




• Manage the entire recruiting process and act as a candidate/hiring manager advocate




• Evaluate skill level and help manage the offer process




• Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring managers and executive management




• Create and own a flawlessly positive candidate experience




• Provide strategic guidance, education, and calibration techniques




• Manage the day-to-day focus of any Sourcers assigned to support your recruiting efforts




• Leverage an ATS, Workday is desirable, to track candidate progress through the funnel and keep consistently clean data for reporting

You Have

• 3+ years of sourcing and full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally from both agency and corporate environments




• Direct experience working across multiple geographical locations and a passion to grasp new technologies




• Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table




• Experience working effectively and communicate with people of all levels




• Exceptional teamwork, high attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple reqs




• Proven track record of leading, advising, and influencing executive leadership




• BS/BA Degree is desirable
