Visa DPS is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant (individual contributor) to drive successful new client engagement across our traditional and challenger bank partners. The ideal candidate is driven, detail oriented, accustomed to technology (eg. JIRA) and is consistently looking to refine and improve the processes they implement. In addition, this person needs to have strong organizational and communication skills as the point of contact for client onboarding.
To be successful in this role, we are seeking a highly organized, self-directed team player, who can manage multiple engagements while providing consultative guidance for DPS clients. We seek someone who understands a financial institution (FI) and the expectations of processing services yet can also work in a fast-paced environment as we launch and scale programs across FIs. We're looking for someone who wakes up each morning with a drive to solve challenges and deliver consistency to our financial partners with varied and complex programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The position starts at $105,600Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, this position is eligible for bonus and equity
