We are currently seeking a Java Support Engineer to join our team in Durham, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

Role Responsibilities:

-Provide L2 applications and production support on full stack technologies from from front end portals to backend services

-Multi-task & prioritize while maintaining attention to details

-Analyze the recurring problems and implement the preventive fixes

-Implement the solutions to improve the performance of the applications

-Escalate the process fallouts to keep them aligned

-Work in hybrid onshore-offshore delivery model

Adaptable for continuous learning on new technologies according to application changes

-Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills to oversee the issues in Client's applications that involves from front end portals to backend services

Basic Qualifications: 1-3 years of the following:

-Java

-Angular/ReactJS

-Webphere

-AWS

Education:

-Bachelor Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training and work-related experience
