We are looking for a Senior Manager - Site Reliability Engineering to join our team responsible for designing, building, managing, and scaling operational infrastructure on which our mission-critical services are deployed or depend. Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers
• Coordinate multiple projects and initiatives
• Organize and delegate installation, configuration and on-going maintenance of servers, operating systems, and applications
• Provide critical technical leadership in the areas of operational process, system builds, software deployments, and automation
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Customer Service, Business, and Operations organizations
• Ensure processes, procedures, configurations, and deployment plans are documented and followed
• Track and regularly report project progress and team effectiveness
• Identify and implement security improvements across systems

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience leading teams using data to inform decisions and direction for improvement
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience documenting work tasks and changes in tools such as Jira, Rally, Service Now, or Remedy
• Experience collaborating with peer groups such as Engineering and Project Management
• Proven organizational and project management skills

• 8+ years of progressively responsible relevant experience administering systems in a production operations environment, including 3+ years managing others
• Expertise supporting large-scale production system/application deployments and configuration, using automation tools, such as python, puppet, ansible and Jenkins
• Hands-on experience with TCP/IP networking, including Ethernet, IP addressing & subnetting, routing, iptables, and network troubleshooting
• Experience working with teams using Kanban and Scrum
• Experience with Kubernetes and other cloud-native technologies
