R2C is seeking a Data Analyst to support a client's operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Bethesda, Maryland Area. As a Data Analyst you will help interpret data and turn it into information which can offer ways to improve business processes. Data Analysts will gather information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends.

Collecting and interpreting data
Analyzing results
Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business
Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
Structuring large data sets to find usable information
Defining new data collection and analysis processes
Making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders
Qualifications
TS/SCI with Poly clearance
Experience in data models and reporting packages
Ability to analyze large datasets
Skilled in coding languages such as SQL, Python and/or R
Familiar with reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau
Experience with statistical software
Ability to write comprehensive reports
Strong verbal and written communication skills
An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
Attention to detail
Experience working in a AWS Cloud environment
A degree in Computer Science or Mathematics/Statistics
Experience working on an agile development team
Experience working with multiple IC customers
