Responsible for a variety of financial duties surrounding the planning, analysis, and reporting functions within Supply Chain. This includes periodic reporting of financial results, forecasts, the annual planning process, variance analysis, data consolidation, strategic planning, and special projects. Position Responsibilities
Responsibilities include supporting the management reporting function, earnings release, board, and plan support.
Analyze monthly variances between actual results, current estimate, plan, and prior year. Summarize results and discuss with management.
Interact proactively with key internal customers, including Production Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Corporate finance groups, and Senior Management.
Responsible for coordinating input into the financial planning system, support the consolidation of the annual operating plans and strategic plan. Work with management to validate accuracy and reasonableness of data.
Provide analytical support as needed.
Other special projects and ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested.

Job Qualifications
Position Qualifications
3+ years general business and financial experience.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Requires strong verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of general business concepts.
GAAP: fundamental knowledge of, understanding of internal and external research methods for, and driving compliance of.
Reporting: proven ability to consolidate complex information into usable customer-oriented formats.
Business Partnering: experience working closely with internal customers, peers and effectively managing those relationships.
Ability to deal with ambiguity, change, and a dynamic business environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
