Job Description

Change Management and Communication Process & Governance


  • Overall accountability of the project deliverables on time with quality across Pod(s) consisting of multiple work groups across GSD Strategy and Transformation

  • Responsible for leading increment & sprint planning sessions and documents resulting story boards

  • Monitors and interprets issues and recommends possible actions

  • Responsible for maintenance and tracking of sprint backlog

  • Documents and leads remediation / removal of impediments during sprints

  • Reviews and facilitates backlog intake prioritization process

  • Identifies changes to processes, where possible, to streamline the Agile Pod's execution

  • Communicates status and concerns regarding segment milestones to GSD Strategy and Transformation leadership

  • Monitor and track project issues/risks and the impacts to product delivery for communications and training

  • Consistently update project backlog and other required communication to ensure the product owner and the stakeholder are continuously informed and aware of the project status


Measurement/Optimization

  • Decisions influence project success and expenses with training

  • Identify and implement iterative improvement practices

  • Contribute to the change management efforts led by GSD Strategy and Transformation

  • Responsible for ensuring that project objectives and anticipated KPI are clearly defined and measurable


Practice Development

  • Contribute to the development of change/communication management methodology and processes

  • Guiding teams to adhere to strategic choices and proposed recommendations for integrating change

  • Contribute to development of agile ways of working and operating


Education and Policies / Compliance

  • Responsible for adherence to process and documentation standards to ensure projects are tracked and completed on-time and in compliance with standards

  • Establish a clear communication and change management plan to drive successful initiative/project outcomes
