Under direct supervision, will work closely with Full-Service Partnership Team (FSP) to provide Peer Support to all consumers open to FSP Program. Be able to answer calls and provide linkages or support to the callers. Will document calls and complete progress notes in Anasazi. Will attend and complete all required trainings for development and growth in assisting all callers with various concerns. In addition, will interact with treatment staff, outside agencies, and public, and establish, implement, and facilitate presentations at community events when needed. Be able to do field and in office work depending on situations. Provide direct advocacy and support to consumers. Assists experienced staff in the development of consumer driven wellness and recovery plans. Transport clients to and from facility and appointments. Interact with staff and public. Peer Support Specialist will enter all service information and codes in the Kings County HHSA Management Information System (Anasazi) by completing ESAL's at the end of every shift. Perform other duties as assigned.
