The Primary Instructor (RN) will provide classroom education including both lecture and hands-on skills training in accordance with program curriculum and accreditation regulations. The Primary Instructor maintains oversight of the Nursing Assistant clinicals and provides support to both students and Clinical Instructor. Direct supervision to the Nursing Assistant students will be required.

• Qualified candidate will have an RN license from the state of Oregon.
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for working with the elderly population
• Strong desire to teach and precept future healthcare employees
• Supervisory experience as a Nurse is strongly desired
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred but not required
