Job Description:

Your ability to understand client needs, create user journeys, then ensure execution is critical for success. You will advance current capabilities and drive the next generation of capabilities to advance our brokerage and trade booking platform with a host of business, technology, design, product owners and senior management. You will build strong partnerships with other functional support areas including technology, client service, business management, operations, legal and various operational support teams. You will part of a broader product organization that focuses on advancing all the tools and products our advisors leverage to serve clients and prospects.

Role and Responsibilities:


  • Brokerage and Trade Platform: Ensure business needs are clear by defining and writing business requirements (Jira stories) to ensure the advancement our tools.
  • Understand Journeys and Analyze Feedback: Layout the user journeys, gather feedback, determine gaps, and set the vision in partnership with our Design/UX/Research organization
  • Drive Coordination and Ensure Execution between Partners: Work closely with Technology, Design/UX and other partners and lead the group to ensure work is aligned, prioritized, and delivered successfully.

Qualifications:


  • Experience using trade booking platforms as an advisor, investor or trader; or as a product manager responsible for advancing booking tools in one of equity, fixed income or derivatives domains.
  • Ability to execute and manage multiple priorities and project concurrently.
  • Proven track record of delivery; ability to drive concepts to execution
  • Familiar with user journeys and agile methodology and similar processes used by product, design and technology organizations to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented work ethic.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to represent the USPB Front Office
  • Skilled in interfacing globally with all levels of the organization
