  • Drive teams to define and create prototypes of varying fidelity to support both research and live, in-market experiments

  • Advocate for ideas/ concepts/ businesses building business cases and defining and executing in-market experiments to prove the desirability, feasibility, and business viability of concepts

  • Project manage across generally ambiguously defined bodies of work; create clear structure, timing, action plans, meeting cadence, and support creation of recaps, presentation materials, ad hoc analyses, and other supporting materials as needed

  • Create and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting and communicate this out regularly to key stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred

  • 10+ years experience in startups, strategy, consulting, business development, operations, technology, banking, analytics or related experience; high-growth or early-stage start-up experience

  • Experience leading a team, growing a business, hitting goals, and succeeding in a cross-functional environment

  • Bias towards action,  talent for managing complex projects, driving high-level goals into actionable plans, and enjoy implementing processes.

  • Ability to operate at both the 10,000 foot and 10 inch level; willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to make things successful

  • Comfort with the ambiguity & ability to tackle issues that have multiple paths forward and no right answer.

  • Demonstrated success working closely with senior executive leaders, including influencing without authority

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to tell compelling business and result stories.

  • Innate curiosity and desire to learn with a strong inclination to drive for results in ambiguous spaces.

  • Strong team and goal orientation with track record of success and ability to work successfully with others at all organizational levels

  • Innate curiosity and desire to learn with a strong inclination to challenge the status quo and drive for results in ambiguous spaces and a fast-paced industry
