Summary

Conduct day-to-day Sales activity in support of sales territory, including but not limited to clean order processing, quotes, and final repair quotes. This is an entry-level inside sales support position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Coordinate all RFQ, tender and quotation activities for the territory(ies)

  • Demonstrate understanding of the customer RFQ (e.g. who, what, when, why)

  • Prepare compliant bids for territory(ies)

  • Review customer orders in relation to quote and completes clean order checklist

  • Assist order management in solving any customer order (sales order) related issues

  • Manage sales pipeline and provide monthly updates to leadership

  • Assist in all interfaces with OEM Business Managers regarding day-to-day activities as required to support customer quote activity

  • Define and administer the process of obtaining territory's(ies') RFQ through to award win in support of team

  • Assist Order Management in resolution post of order issues and customer interface

  • Assist with obtaining all credit reference information for new customers as applicable among the sales team

  • Assists with proposal writing and presentations as required

  • Enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into customer database

  • Tra other team members in all aspects of ERP system as related to performing all of the above requirements

  • Understand and perform functions in accordance with AS9120 and ISO9001 Standards

Education and Experience


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • College education or 2+ years of relevant experience preferred


Language Skills

  • English fluency required

  • Foreign Language skills highly desirable

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers


Mathematical Skills

  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division

  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations


Physical Demands

  • Customary physical demands for office environment
