The Revenue Management Consolidated Center (RMCC) offers owned, managed, and franchise hotels world-class revenue management talent and tools. The team is responsible for helping hotels consistently grow market share and outperform our competitors.
What will I be doing:
Do you love driving performance, developing relationships and leading a team? As the Assistant Director, RMCC, you will supervise a team of Revenue Managers and/or Managers and direct additional projects that support the RMCC-Americas objectives. You will accomplish this by developing the Managers and Revenue Managers, providing feedback and corrective action on hotel performance, communicating RMCC information to the workgroup, and directing additional RMCC projects. This position will report to the Director, RMCC Americas.
You will work with Revenue Managers, Revenue Analysts, Directors, and corporate support staff.
