Global Sales Process Specialist

The Role 
 
We are looking for a Sales Process Specialist in the Global Commercial Organization, who would like to leverage their expertise and passion for process alignment, data governance and training in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization. The Sales Process Specialist will be responsible for defining, implementing and training consistent processes across Dematic regions for the Global Commercial Sales organization. We’re looking for a data-driven, Commercial Process expert that will help our organization grow to the next level!  

 
 

What You'll Do 


  • Work with cross-functional Global Commercial Standards Committee to: 


  • Identify existing regional processes, run workshops to get process alignment across regions and document the new global process for commercial sales. 


  • Prepare training material in partnership with Sales Enablement.  


  • Responsible for documentation of global processes, work with regional teams to share documentation and monitor adoption of process changes.  


  • Achieve global alignment on Salesforce and ERP processes that populate key data fields measured for KPIs.  


  • Partner with the Finance & Global Commercial functions to align on key financials and KPI metrics to support a strong “know your numbers” culture that are accurate, reliable and consistent across the board. 


  • Define and deploy scalable & repeatable processes that drive data quality, stewardship & governance of these key data fields are regularly reported. 


  • Coordinate related processes in the Global Datawarehouse, CRM, ERP & FP&A applications to develop scalable & repeatable data governance solutions for our Global Commercial organization.  


  • Work with Customer Master Data Specialist to  


  • Drive Data governance processes for Global Accounts and Customer master datasets in Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA.  


  • Set up and manage global Data Governance teams for Global Commercial Organization. 


  • Define Global Account & Customer master data quality metrics and measures for the business.  


  • Maintenance of Data Dictionary for Global Commercial concepts.    


  • Key representative of the Global Commercial team in the Global SAP S/4HANA implementation process and Glob al Salesforce project. 

 

 



Qualifications




    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or equivalents. 






    • Successful demonstration of the key responsibilities as presented above. 






    • 3 - 5 years of experience in a Commercial Operations as a Business Analyst, Business Data Analyst within a rapidly growing organization. 






    • Demonstrated working knowledge in Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, Power BI reporting. 






    • Analytical mindset and proven problem-solving abilities 






    • Ability to manage and optimize all prospect/customer data sets 






    • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 






    • Demonstrated ability effectively partner across multiple functions (Business Development, IT, Finance, Customer Service, Sales etc) 






    • Able to multi-task and work in a high-growth, fast-paced and deadline driven environment successfully. Attention to detail is a must. 






    • Willingness for business travel.
