Overview

This newly created role is onsite at our Eatontown NJ location. You'll provide local support at that facility while also handling the HR administrative needs of the core HR team located in Lansdale PA (northwestern suburb of Philadelphia). At our company, HR consults with employees and managers to address root causes of constraints and works actively to resolve using a systematic approach. Responsiveness and follow-through is key. Please note: ***This role will require travel by car to Lansdale facility 1 day week.***

Onboarding for this position will require a few days at our Lansdale facility as well.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate Human Resources departmental activities across both locations, including the ability to travel to Lansdale PA regularly for meetings

  • Work in partnership with our Talent Advisors and their administrative team on recruiting process steps and actions, including Day 1 orientation of our new hires in both locations

  • Participate in training activities, including tracking completion statistics and

  • Answer general inquiries in line with company policies

  • Prepare reports on HR data using our HRIS, Excel and other applications as appropriate

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including data entry and filing

  • Order HR supplies and materials as needed for daily office efficiency as well as for special projects and employee events

  • Administer all HR communications channels

  • Collaborate in team meetings and activities, employee events, and HR committees

  • Actively make suggestions for continuous improvement to HR processes to enhance cross-functional problem solving


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum 1 year experience as an Administrative Assistant

  • Microsoft Office Proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Associate's Degree in Business

  • 2+ years Administrative Assistant experience

  • Strong preference given to experience in a Human Resources function

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Strong communication skills, specifically in electronically / written interfaces

  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization

  • Good project management experience with employee events

  • Unquestioning integrity and ethics to handle extremely confidential information

  • Data analysis competency
