Job responsibilities include:


  • Provide plan document and compliance support for assigned book of business.

  • Plan Design and Consulting (provide expertise/recommendations for plan design changes based upon requests and ability to effectively communicate those recommendations to internal partners as well as with clients and financial advisors).

  • Support compliance related projects, development training, and/or organizational initiatives.

  • Collaborates with other team members and business partners to provide positive client experience outcomes.

  • Supports key initiatives and projects (including new products, system enhancements and plan restatements) as needed

Qualifications include:


  • Compliance and technical expertise (industry designations such as ASPPA preferred but not required) 

  • 5+ years of Defined Contribution/Defined Benefit, Retirement Industry and/or Financial Services experience required

  • Ability to translate organizational strategy into opportunities and executing on plan

  • Ability to identify organizational gaps and create an executable strategy around addressing those gaps

  • Proven ability to influence outcomes both externally and internally across an organization

  • Possesses broad knowledge of retirement functions, processes and systems.

  • Knowledge of Prudential Retirement recordkeeping and support peripheral system platforms (i.e. OMNI, STARS) preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills 

  • Detail oriented 

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Access (e.g. Query Capabilities), Excel (e.g. v-lookups) preferred 

Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident. Salary range specific to Colorado: $68,600-92,700+ discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
