Pay Range: $25.00 - $26.45 per hour, based on experience
Full Salary Range: $25.00 - $31.25 per hour
Classification: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Job Responsibilities:


  • Conduct more complex client interactions including service, new accounts, and on-going relationships for both depository and lending clients, including those involving debit cards, online banking, and general account inquiries.

  • May oversee and direct work of Private Banker I team members.

  • Solve more complex service issues with minimal direction and guidance.

  • Actively seek cross-sell opportunities.

  • Assist in training and developing Private Banker I associates (if applicable).

  • Successfully perform teller functions, cash handling, security, on-line banking, wire transfers, and open new accounts.

  • Identify treasury management opportunities, implement recommendations and assist commercial clients.

  • May assist with the development of new business by participating in client and/or prospect calls and presentations.

  • Assist with lending opportunities by requesting client documents; act as a liaison for clients, the profit center, and operations associates.

  • Interact with team members from various departments; specifically, deposit operations, loan operations, compliance, and security.

  • Maintain current knowledge of and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, policies and procedures

  • May be asked to serve as primary contact for profit center's physical security by training associates, adhering to security standards, providing internal communication of security changes, and acting as the after-hours contact for the security system.

  • Know and comply with all Company policies set forth on the Company's Intranet;

  • Review Associate Handbook and Company Policies annually, as prescribed by Human Capital;

  • Complete and Comply with the Companies Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and Policy Acknowledgement;

  • Complete all assigned training on time.

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field; may be offset by additional years of banking experience required


  • 3-5 years client-facing banking experience required

  • Notary Within 90 days of hire required

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Detailed knowledge of teller functions, client services, new deposit accounts, banking regulations and compliance

  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to multi-task

  • Self-starter
