OVERVIEW
CHA Consulting Inc. is currently seeking a Section Manager I to join our Infrastructure - Survey group in our Duluth, GA office.
The first step to streamlined design and construction is a thorough understanding of a project location's makeup and boundaries. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Section Manager will be responsible for working with Project Team Leader and Business Practice Leader to develop the scope of services required for survey task requests; estimating the cost and schedule requirements for the scope of work; obtaining approvals; and monitoring the delivery of services as well as QA/QC functions through the completion of the project. This individual will support the development of qualification materials to support project pursuits. They will both participate directly and lead the time in the preparation of survey deliverables, communicating with clients to ensure that the project deliverables are aligned with the client needs.
In addition, this role will provide guidance and direction to a team of survey professionals, ensuring their delivery of high-quality work that will elate our clients. The Section Manager will organize, direct and coordinate activities associated with the project scope of work and will be measured on technical quality, the effectiveness of resource planning, staff turnover, and adherence to project budgets.
