You will help support the tools, processes, and reports that help front line sales teams sell better, faster, and more efficiently. Typical tasks may include customizing our CRM system, analyzing large data sets that cover every stage of the sales and marketing process with tools like Excel and Power BI, helping with pipeline review meetings, and automation and integration of common tasks

With direct supervision, you will learn and perform the various aspects of the function by:

Acquiring knowledge of various department's operations, functions, responsibilities, and workflow.

Observing work assignments performed by others and actively participate in hands-on projects and/or special assignments.

Maintaining communication with program coach/mentor to provide feedback on departmental assignments and program improvements.

Attending related training and applying it in work assignments.

Performing other related responsibilities.

Qualifications

GPA 3.0 or higher.

Being enrolled in a Bachelor's or advanced degree program in Business, Marketing, Sales Analytics, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems or related degree program.

Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills.

Strong technical aptitude and analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in one or more of the following: C#, JavaScript, SQL, PowerShell, DAX, M

Experience in methodologies such as data modeling, validation, and processing.

Strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new applications.

Strong innovation and creative thinking, self-motivated.

Proven ability to handle confidential information.

Detail oriented individual with demonstrated organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with effective planning and communication.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proven ability to develop effective communication products with minimal editing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
