The Opportunity

Homecare Homebase is looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter that is an expert in passive recruitment and candidate relationship building, utilizing a variety of online tools to include LinkedIn and resume database searches to fill a variety of technical positions. In this role you will utilize and build on all aspects of your recruiting experience, working closely with Hiring Managers to fully understand their team culture and technical expertise in order to match candidates to long term opportunities. We are looking for someone who has a high sense of urgency, is adaptive to quickly changing priorities, self-sufficient and brings exceptional organizational skills.

The Challenge  

• Accountable for full life cycle recruiting for a wide variety of technical roles located in Dallas, TX and Louisville, KY.


• Ensures a pleasant and professional candidates experience.


• Develops innovative strategies to ensure talent pipelines are continuously being strengthened to support current hiring needs.


• Works closely with Hiring Managers to understand the individual need for each role, presents high quality candidates and ensures interview and selection process is delivered consistently and swiftly.


• Communicate status updates and KPIs on all open position to the Recruiting Manager.

 

What we’re looking for

We are seeking:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a combination of technical recruiting and/or sourcing roles.


• Work experience in a professional technical environment.


• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, third party resume databases, LinkedIn and other sourcing technologies.


• Demonstrated networking ability, including the utilization of social media.


• Excellent communication skills required.


• Experience in use of Boolean search or other competitive analysis tools a plus.


• Team player with a high sense of urgency.
