The OLDP is a rotational development program within Cigna's operational departments. Associates complete rotations designed to provide cross-functional exposure to operations within different business units and geographical locations based on business need.

The OLDP is not just a program, it's a community. Outside of their "day jobs", OLDP associates can be found leading community service events, attending trainings, and networking with leaders and one another.

Role Responsibilities

Associates in the OLDP fill a variety of positions throughout the organization, all of which allow you to make an impact on the operation and gain critical career experience as an individual contributor or manager of people.

People management roles usually consist of directly managing the day-to-day operations of a team, including setting priorities, managing goals, hiring, onboarding, and staff development.

After the Program

Armed with a broad view of Cigna's operations, key management experience, and exposure to leadership, graduates of the OLDP have the opportunity to rotate on to positions with more responsibility and higher management levels.
