In this exciting role as a Principal Manufacturing Engineer on the QIP team at Medtronic's Energy & Component Center (MECC), you will have responsibility for supporting and improving the manufacturing of high quality components used in implantable medical devices. You will be responsible for improving manufacturing quality, lead time and cost through active problem solving, developing solutions and implementing process changes in accordance with the quality system. This ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience with managing and implementing process control and monitoring through SPC, developing and improving the capability of processes, and navigating the medical device manufacturing quality systems to include regulatory approvals and CAPA. This role reports to a Senior Engineering Manager at the Medtronic Energy and Component Center (MECC) located in Brooklyn Center, MN. What does it take to be a leader at Medtronic?
