Summary:

The Branch Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and office support for the branch.

Essential Job Duties:


  • Reviews and processes residential and commercial contracts

  • Trains new sales team members on ADS paperwork and office processes

  • Assists customers on proper use of the system (basic)

  • Informs management of “key customer issues” including dissatisfaction, perceived lack of response, etc.

  • Supports technicians with service and installation schedules

  • Provides assistance to ADS service technicians that may be on-site, including, but not limited to placing system on “test” and providing additional required account details

  • Collects payments in person and over the phone on current and past due accounts

  • Supports daily, monthly and quarterly branch deadlines

  • Completes general office duties including billing, filing, printing and scanning documents

Minimum Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Possess a valid driver’s license

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 1 Year customer service experience

 

Physical Demands:


  • Ability to operate computer, phone and other office equipment as needed

  • Ability to work effectively using a personal computer for long periods of time

  • Ability to sit/stand at workstation for extended periods of time

  • Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work

  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
