YOUR ROLE


  • What we offer Day One Medical Eligibility, Tuition Reimbursement, 401K, Paid Vacations and much more! Job Summary: You will lead the work activities of Inj. Molding, Secondary, Re-label operators to safely and reliability produce products.

  • Your primary focus is to maintain a safe and reliable Inj. Molding, Secondary, Re-label work area while leading assigned team to meet the department daily scheduled output as directed by the shift supervisor.

  • Your secondary effort will be to learn and become qualified on all Inj. Molding, Secondary, Relabel department operations.

  • Implement daily operating plans for employees the day before including breaks in combination with and under the supervision of their Supervisor.

  • Lead and direct assigned team personnel in observance of safe practices and good housekeeping, taking necessary corrective steps and instructing personnel as required.

  • Perform housekeeping duties to ensure maintenance and improvement of site 5S standards

  • Perform 1st part quality checks and verifies all digital standards are up to date.

  • Provide regular coaching/mentoring to Inj. Molding, Secondary, Re-label team and works well with others in a team environment.

  • Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by supervision.

YOUR SKILLS



  • Who we are looking for  HS diploma or GED. 

  • One or more years’ experience in Manufacturing

  • Must be able to handle multiple projects.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Knowledgeable and experienced in computers including MS Word, Excel.
