Position Summary

The purpose of this entry level finance position is to make collection contacts on past due accounts and provide internal/external customer service pretaining to credit and collection functions. In this role, you have the flexibility to work from home or if local work onsite at our Neenah campus.

Job Responsibilities

• Makes collection contacts via phone and/or e-mail on past-due accounts as assigned. Encourages timely payment in support of company goals for accounts receivable aging and bad debt write-off.
• Answers incoming telephone calls as part of department call hunt group and provides customer service.
• Handles correspondence from accounts within assigned call area.

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

• 2+ years of customer serviceexperience.
• Collection experience preferred.

• Proficient in the use of a PC and MS Office Suite.
• Experience with SAP desirable.

• Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and assist in resolving problems.
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Physical Requirements

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional travel to offsite offices, customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required, depending on assignment.
