Our Talent Acquisition Sourcing & Recruiting Specialist is an expert in finding talent to support our critical capabilities.  You’ll be a part of the Talent Acquisition team and will spend most of your time sourcing and recruiting potential candidates for open positions at Prudential. You’ll receive day-to-day leadership from a Talent Acquisition leader and you will collaborate closely with other Talent Acquisition Sourcers and Recruiters to share candidates and build pipelines.

Responsibilities:


  • You will create, execute and manage sourcing strategies that introduce diverse talent to Prudential, sharing our purpose and the compelling opportunities at our transforming organization

  • First point of contact and the face of Prudential for candidates. You’ll build relationships with active and passive talent and connect them to our strategy

  • Cultivate relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Recruiting Coordinators, and Schedulers

  • Conduct strategy sessions with hiring managers and explain recruiting process as well as communicate expectations 

  • Develop and implement complex sourcing strategies that leverage technology and networking to identify qualified candidates

  • Interview candidates, administer assessments and present qualified candidates to the hiring manager in a timely fashion

  • We’ll rely on you to conduct competitive mapping, collect market intelligence and analyze hiring trends that will strengthen our strategy

  • You’ll build talent pipelines, with a focus on collaboration across businesses, to surface and share internal and external talent. You’ll attend networking and career events to help you build that pipeline and partner with recruiting team to build diverse pipeline through conference and program strategy

  • You will drive and maximize CRM capability and usage. You’ll maintain candidate information and utilize analytics and reporting to inform business decisions and measure investments

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting and/or sourcing role

  • Experience within the Financial Services and/or Insurance industry preferred

  • Experience with CRM and ATS applications

  • A natural ability to build relationships in person and over the phone

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A strong drive to meet and exceed goals

  • Intellectual curiosity and strong business acumen to create strategies that support our business needs

  • The ability to be adaptable, flexible and quickly pivot as well as the ability to influence stakeholders

  • Excellent skills in acclimating to technologies

  • The ability to influence stakeholders

Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident. Salary range specific to Colorado: $82,300-111,300+ discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
