We are searching Network Operations Engineer to support system solution integrates with CMS system solutions and external systems through application program interfaces (API's) or through other similar capabilities as directed by CMS. This role would support the operations team with the NSA Help Desk integration development.

Responsibilities:

• Complete testing and identify any areas of issue


• Maintain cost-effective system development, operations and maintenance, including future system enhancements, ongoing system support, and the ability to resolve system defects (i.e. bug resolution)


• Complete requirements gathering and mapping of fields for the system Integration


• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure


• Provide necessary representation from our team to ensure things are moving forward with the integrations


• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or a related subject or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree


• 4+ years of relevant experience


• Proven hands-on experience with Five9, Salesforce and/or ServiceNOW (SNOW)


• Network certifications a plus


• Solid understanding DevOps Networking


• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
