Job Description:

Grimaldi's is hiring an hourly supervisor! 

This position acts as a backup to our front-of-house managers. Key Supervisors will open and close the store, run shifts, hold pre-shift meetings, communicate with guests and employees to solve problems, collaborate with other managers to provide better customer service and increase profits, and other managerial and staff member duties. Key Supervisors spend about 75% of their week serving or bartending and about 25% as a backup manager.
