Trinity Solar is seeking an organized and detailed-oriented individual who has experience in the Construction field. The Construction Assistant will assist with the daily tasks of the residential solar structural department.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist Construction Manager with coordinating site work and creating supporting documentation.
Provide professional communication and support to customers, vendor partners and internal Trinity departments.
Update project records within a database.
Performance of multiple varying tasks, which includes performing many tasks independently but also working closely with the Construction Manager.
Coordinating projects in Microsoft Office, Excel, and SalesForce.com.
Qualifications & Experience
Construction industry and office experience is required.
Roofing & structural knowledge required.
Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, team player and attention to detail.
Professional and courteous communication through phone conversations, email and text messaging.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel is required.
