Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for providing casino players with player tracking cards and all benefits and privileges associated with that card.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Issues player cards for new and existing accounts and issues any benefits and marketing related perks from those player card accounts.
  • Evaluates customer's play for comping needs.
  • Assures high standards of guest service by maintaining constant awareness for the entire property and assistance of all promotions, events and entertainment and Player's Club membership benefits.
  • Provides customers with in-depth marketing/casino related information and answers questions about that information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES


  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous work experience in casino or related field preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain a valid state gaming license.
  • Ability to learn multiple casino tracking programs.
  • Must possess excellent phone etiquette skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT


  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial date, casino policies and marketing plans.
  • Casino environment exposed to bright lights, noise, changing temperatures and smoke which might include a boat and/or floating barge and hotel.
