Technical Project Coordinator

Job Summary: This position will work closely with Corporate IT management to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. This role will perform various coordination and administrative duties.

Project Coordination: Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. Assist IT management with general coordination tasks. Assist with identifying and defining project requirements, scope, objectives, actions, and timeframes. Assign project responsibilities to internal teams and assist with project scheduling. Assist in preparing budgets and procurement activities. Utilize tools to monitor project plans and schedules.

Communication: Act as the point of contact for project status updates and continually update stakeholders as projects evolve. Create, maintain, and communicate project documentation, plans, and reports as required. Monitor project status and communicate cross-functionally to ensure deadlines are met.

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in related field and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience or six (6) years of related experience.


• Must have ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and action plans.


• Expert in Microsoft Office suite.


• Strong project management and organizational skills.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to develop and manage cross-functional relationships.

Travel:

• Must be willing to travel up to 10%.

Resulting Physical Qualifications:

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.


• Must be able to operate and manipulate standard office equipment.


• Must be able to occasionally reach, bend, climb and/or balance.


• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.


• Must be able to travel as required.
