Optiv's Manager of Facilities and Administration will manage the day-to-day operations and support staff at Optiv HQ Kansas City and other offices as assigned.
How you'll make an impact:
Develop and implement Corporate Emergency Response programs including communication and employee orientation/training
Update and maintain all Facilities related documents including space planning, appliance contracts, building insurance, landlord contact requirements and Optiv alias updates
Partner with Regional Directors and the Optiv Real Estate team to assess needs/future growth plans within each region
Standardize and streamline policies and procedures across all major office locations Assist with M&A activities, as required
Prepare facilities expense reports and approve invoices. Assist with management of corporate facilities budget.
Assists in design and implementation of office space, office seating charts, systems and programs as needed
Coordinates routine social activities within the department, with other departments and/or outside. Assistance with event planning and coordination with EBC team.
Assists in investigating and resolving problems within the office
Maintain high team morale which includes actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the office environment
Ability to travel one week per month and available as part of the "on call" rotation Assists with the facility and administrative support for EBC
Manage and mentor facilities and administrative teams in Kansas City, Denver, and other locations
Bachelor's degree in Business or Facilities Administration is preferred 7 - 10 years
Facilities Management experience
Supervisory experience required
Strong verbal communication and writing skills required
Strong interpersonal skills required
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills required
Ability to understand and interpret financial statements and budgeting process required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment required
