As our Human Resources Coordinator, you are an integral part of the Human Resources team. You will act as a point person for the Human Resources Team, and will assist team members with a broad variety of tasks.. This is not a remote opportunity.


Key Components of the role:


The HR Coordinator will perform duties in various functional areas of Human Resources.


A few key duties will include:



  • Receive and prepare offer letter requests from hiring managers at our corporate office and from our hotel properties.

  • Correspond with hiring managers about questions related to offer letters.

  • Send offer letter drafts for approval to hiring managers. 

  • Put together padfolios and fedex packages for delivery to new hires.

  • Maintain new hire spreadsheet daily.

  • Maintain and bill out supplies associated with the offer letter process and general office supplies.  

  • Upon receipt of signed offer letters, promptly send new hires background checks and onboarding links.

  • Communicate with corporate team members and HR regarding start dates for new hires.

  • Assist with New Hire Orientation and Onboarding of new hires.

  • Upon hire, load new hire documents into our HRIS system and send documents to Payroll.

  • Assist with and prepare letters for transitions, acquisitions and divestitures.

  • Work with hotel properties to resolve associated EVerify issues.

  • Assist with Physician's Panel list and the preparation of Accident Alerts.

  • Prepare and send out eSign Documents.

  • Assist in the execution of special HR projects and company events.

Qualifications:



  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Customer Service focused.

  • Prior HR experience preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher), and SharePoint; with a willingness to learn and master other software programs as needed.

  • Able to multi-task, work independently, work in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Ability to handle confidential materials in a professional manner.

Pay Range: $16.79 - $20.98
