Job Description:

The Senior HR Generalist will be the main HR point of contact and will be responsible for the day-to-day HR support and partnership for a dedicated team. This role will support dedicated leaders by understanding and articulating business needs and collaborating with the HR team to convert the needs into HR Strategies. The Senior Generalist will also act as the strategic recruiter for this dedicated business unit. The HR Generalist will be responsible for partnering with the business to uncover their requirements and guide them through the posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection of applicants. This role will work to build a pipeline of diverse talent to join our company and will be responsible for fostering connections to the KGPCo Services brand and will ensure every candidate has an engaging experience. The individual is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the Human Resources team. This role will also be viewed as a trusted advisor in employee relations and all HR matters in order to grow the business while attracting and retaining talent.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned:

Collaborates with assigned partners to communicate and implement HR programs that support business goals and drive bottom line results.
Supports the implementation of human resources strategies focused on increasing employee engagement, attracting and retaining talent, and other key initiatives
The position will play a key role in managing the implementation of major HR initiatives through the assigned partner group..
Partners on organizational design efforts for assigned group.
Manages the employee relations process including investigations and performance improvement strategies
Accountable for executing policies, procedures, and strategies as directed by HR Leadership, and to develop and administer local HR policies and programs unique to the partnering business.
Manage job changes, promotions, transfers, and compensation adjustment
Work with hiring managers and HR partners to manage the overall recruitment process and strategy, including developing job descriptions and advertisements as well as sourcing and identifying diversity strategies
Source applicants, screen resumes, interview, and assess candidates to provide qualified candidates to hiring managers
Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that best practice recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process
Train hiring managers (through partnership with HR) on best practices and hold them accountable for their part of the recruiting process
Build a talent pipeline by immersing self into the Telecom Services industry to understand competitors and talent to form strategies
Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (accurate requisitions, dispositioning candidates, etc.) and ensure Affirmative Action compliance in all tasks and duties
Develop creative and effective strategies on current openings, acting quickly to changing priorities
Establish and nurtures a visible and positive HR presence.
Develop and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Stay abreast of industry trends regarding competitive marketplace and present to HR and business
Manages confidential and sensitive matters, information, and documents
Responds to inquiries for employees, supervisors, and managers
Regularly communicates with peers and leadership to collaborate on common challenges and opportunities.
Performs other duties as requested


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School graduate or GED equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred and a minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience required, preferably within the Telecommunications industry
At least 3 years of recruiting experience is required.
Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task within an environment with continued interruptions.

Ability to source talent through social media channels and other networking activities
Proven ability to immerse into a specific market to build credibility with partners
