The Repair Technician will be responsible for performing service and repair of Bose products to ensure our customers' products continue to deliver to our performance expectations. The technician will diagnose, and test returned product using established standard work procedures and guidelines. The technician may also prepare reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues and/or communicate with field-based technicians for details helpful to failure diagnostics or repair, but generally without direct client contact.

JOB SCOPE:

- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures

- Test and debug test circuit boards and software

- Repair or prevent the diagnosed problem

- Collect data and validate results

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of 1 year related experience

- Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook...etc.)

- SAP experience preferred

- High school diploma or GED required

- Technical Associates degree preferred

- Ability to work independently and as a team.

- Ability to follow all safety guidelines.

- Must be able to accommodate overtime days and hours
