Computershare has an exciting opportunity for someone to contribute their talents and strengths as an Event Quality Administrator!
A role you will love
Under general supervision, this function provides support to Investor Services; validates/approves financial date on forms output. Forms include but not limited to tax forms, dividend statements and checks as well as stock option sales. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are paramount to the function along with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Some other key responsibilities:

  • Review/validate/approve dividend statements, checks, tax forms and stock option sales - 100% accuracy.
  • Escalate Issue/discrepancies uncovered during the review process
  • Conduct follow up on issues to ensure correction and prevent missed deadlines
  • Communicate verbally/written with other departments.
  • Document lapses in the QA review process and submit root cause reports for errors uncovered for process improvement initiatives.
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.
