North American Bancard - REMOTE


The General Manager, Hospitality, manages the restaurant and hospitality operations at North American Bancard for Salido, and develops and implements the strategic plan to advance the group’s mission and objectives, most notably to promote revenue, profitability and growth.  The incumbent in this position also oversees the group’s operations in an effort to promote efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources.


What you'll be doing:

  • Leads the entire Hospitality Team, including sales, finance, customer support, installation and marketing, while interfacing with NAB’s other groups, such as product and engineering.

  • Develops a strategic plan to advance the group’s hospitality mission and objectives, and to promote revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction and growth.

  • Identifies and approaches key and strategic partners, and sets short and long-term hospitality channel strategies.

  • Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

  • Leads the hospitality marketing team and all trade show initiatives.

  • Oversees group deployment and operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources.

  • Identifies and implements opportunities to acquire hospitality customers.

  • Directs planning and policy-making, and develops operational procedures, policies and standards, for group.

  • Builds and maintains customer relationships to ensure maximum customer retention.

  • Leads sales team to prospect and sell MICROS, Salido and other approved POS systems to new accounts through cold calling, social media, and networking.

  • Reviews activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives, and revises objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.

  • Evaluates performance of group staff and leaders for compliance with established procedures, policies and standards.

  • Oversees the development and implementation of creative, efficient and profitable pricing within quoting software

  • Other assignments as determined by NAB leadership.

Education and Experience (required):

  • Bachelor degree from an accredited institution.

  • Minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership position leading others and setting strategic direction.

  • Minimum of 5 years in the hospitality environment.

  • Prior experience expanding and growing the operations of a business.

  • Experience working with creating and working with P&L’s.

  • Experience working with third party vendors.

Education and Experience (preferred):

  • Masters degree in business administration.

  • Bi-lingual.

  • Ability to promote a sense of urgency, while establishing and enforcing individual accountability, when leading a team.
