The primary responsibility of the Merchandizing Coordinator is to support the needs of the Portfolio & Supplier Management team.
Create, maintain, and distribute departmental reports in a timely manner.
Support P&SM, Inventory Management, and Pricing teams with data uploads, price adjustments, and weekly system modifications.
Maintain detailed assortment files for suppliers and provide weekly updates.
Communicate with team members and suppliers to resolve issues related to assortment file modifications.
Support Private Brand team with reporting and file maintenance.
Utilize various software applications to analyze and prepare reports for supplier presentations.
Partner with the Senior Merchandiser, Marketing, and suppliers to maintain a cohesive product sample process, including managing sample library.
Additional duties as assigned.
2-3 years merchandising and computer experience.
Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
In-depth computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
Ability to work effectively with suppliers, team members, and other departments.
Demonstrated ability to articulate issues and provide information on a timely basis.
Positive, proactive approach to completing tasks.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
