Job Description

The SEO Manager is responsible for content updates and search engine optimization on and This position will be the key point person for brand teams in development of annual web content priorities and ensuring that content developed is search engine optimized (SEO). This role will work cross-functionally to drive best in class user experiences, measurement, and optimization of content, site, and search performance. As a subject matter expert, this position will develop best practices and an operating rhythm for content development and management within the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead SEO strategy and execution including optimizing website content, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks and drive qualified traffic
  • Maintain website content on and that uses SEO best practices, internal site search and is optimized for conversion
  • Utilize the content management system (CMS) to execute regular content updates for the websites, including building new landing pages
  • Manage the end-to-end website optimization roadmap with support from cross-functional team including prioritization, requirements gathering, implementation, measurement, analysis, and next-step recommendations
  • Analyse website activity to identify opportunities for improved traffic flow, navigation, or content placement
  • Define success metrics and KPIs, create reports and develop and explore new analytics to further understand site performance and usage
  • Independently lead and manage digital agency that builds the website as well as the architecture build out
  • Collaborate with Global team as needed
  • Maintain up to date, expert level understanding of latest industry trends, guidelines, and algorithm changes
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is required
  • Five (5) or more years of digital marketing experience is required
  • Experience with the technical aspects of various CMS and server configurations such as WordPress and AEM + (Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Experience with a variety of SEO reporting tools including Conductor or BrightEdge as well as crawlers such as Screaming Frog, Botify and DeepCrawl
  • Experience with Google reporting suite, including GA 360, Google data studios and Google tag manager
  • In-depth experience analyzing and optimizing the customer journey on owned properties
  • Experience using behavioral data tools like Heatmaps, click maps, user testing and online surveys to drive test ideas and share findings
  • Experience either working with an SEO agency or, in-house SEO department
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team setting and work cross-functionally
